We encourage critical thinking skills, development of artistic skill, and taking creative risks in a safe environment.
- The students make art using a variety of media, tools, and techniques. Art production also includes the care and clean up of materials and tools. The assignments constantly progress around the elements of art (line, shape, space, color, value, texture, and form) and the principles of design (constrast, rhythm, unity, emphasis, pattern, movement, and balance).
